Once MFA has been activated, you will be prompted to log back in to your email account on your devices and other Microsoft 365 products. We recommend restarting your computer and mobile devices that are connected to your GVSU email. Duo will then ask you to check your authentication during the launch of your email or other Microsoft 365 products.
Once you launch your email client or other Microsoft 365 products, Duo will ask to verify your identify. If you have configured Duo Push, you will get a push notification. You can also select "Other options" to get a phone call or a passcode.
- .
Once your authentication is verified in Duo, your email or other Microsoft 365 product will open. You must repeat the above steps for each device or browser connected to your email or other Microsoft 365 products.
