We recommend restarting your computer and mobile devices that are connected to your GVSU email. Duo will then ask you to check your authentication during the launch of your email or other Microsoft 365 products.

Once you launch your email client or other Microsoft 365 products, Duo will ask to verify your identify. If you have configured Duo Push, you will get a push notification. You can also select "Other options" to get a phone call or a passcode.
