Show/Hide Roster in Ultra Course View

When to Use?

Instructors can now manage Roster visibility and set the Roster visibility setting at the course or organization level. The Details & Actions menu in Ultra Course View will not display the Roster to students when it has been hidden by the instructor. Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Course Builders roles have the ability to view and edit the Roster by default.

Procedure

Instructor view - Roster visibility control

  1. Under Details & Actions, click the Roster.
  2. Click Visible to students in the top right corner of the Roster.
  3. Toggle this to Hidden from students to hide the Roster from student view.

Under Details & Actions in Instructor View, click the Roster. Then click Visible to students in the top right corner of the Roster. To Hide the roster, click Hidden from students.
