The architecture, installation, and operation of infrastructure items required to offer network connectivity, such as network cabling, routers, and firewalls.

  • Device Registration -  Register a gaming device to GVSU's network
     
  • Wifi/Wireless Network Connectivity Issue - Report issue connecting to GV-Faculty-Staff, GV-Student, GV-Visitor, GV-GameNet or Eduroam wireless networks on campus
     
  • Wired Network Issue (Ethernet Port) - Report wired network device connectivity issue
     
  • Static IP/DNS Record/Firewall Whitelist - Submit an IP, DNS or Firewall whitelist entry
     
  • Add Data Port - Request a data port in an office or meeting room
     
  • Damaged or Broken Network Port - Report a damaged or broken network/data port
