Poor Internet Connection Effecting the Test

When to Use?

Test display issues can be caused by a poor Wi-Fi. Using Lockdown Bowser and Monitor can increase these issues. Users can leave the test, exit Lockdown Browser, reset their internet connection and return to the test.

Procedure

  1. Restart the Wi-Fi.
  2. Shut down all other apps that might be running on the network.
  3. Move closer to the Wi-Fi access point or use a wired connection.
  4. Restart the computer, start LockDown Browser and open the test.

If the problem continues it may help to use a different connection.
