Identity and access management, including accounts, authentication, access, and role-based provisioning at the enterprise level.

  • Self-Service Password Reset ticket for issues logging into Banner, Blackboard, computers, Office 365, Onbase, Ultratime, Duo/VPN/Ivanti Secure Access VPN, Zoom, Duo, eis, SSO, Access Control, etc.
    • If you cannot reset the password through the Self-Service website, call the IT Service Desk at 616-331-2101 to reset the password for yourself, for someone else, or a generic account. You must call the IT Service Desk, because they have to verify your identity over the phone. Your identity cannot be verified through chat, email, etc. 
       
  • Login Issue - Non Urgent - for non-immediate login issues. 
    • For Urgent login issue, please call the IT Service Desk at 616-331-2101.
       
  • Network Account Authorization - Submit requests for accounts such as creating new, deleting, re-enabling, converting, container move, display name and username change.
     
  • 1Password Access - Request a 1Password account to manage your passwords. Once created, you will receive an email from 1Password.
     
  • Add User to Computer - Give computer access to a secondary person. Allow someone else to login to your computer.
