- ArcGIS Online capabilities include Business Analyst, Dashboards, Experience Builder, Field Maps, Living Atlas, Story Maps, Survey123, StreetMap Premium North America, Web Apps, and others.
- Some applications and data storage require credit usage, which will be allocated depending on your needs. Access permissions include:
- Viewer: Full access to ArcGIS Pro. Can view maps, apps, and dashboards, use geosearch, and interact with data shared publicly or within their specific group, but they cannot edit or create within ArcGIS Online. No credits allocated.
- Data Editor: Includes all Viewer privileges plus the ability to edit features or data within shared datasets. This role is appropriate for external collaborators.
- User: Full access to ArcGIS Pro. Includes all Data Editor privileges plus the ability to create maps, groups, and manage content in ArcGIS
Eligibility
ArcGIS Online access is available to all current GVSU faculty, staff, and students for scholarship or coursework affiliated with Grand Valley State University
