  • Assessment & Accreditation Consultation:  Request a consultation on assessment and accreditation via EAC Visual Data for your college/program/course.
     
  • Scantron Requests - Report any issues with a Scantron Station including:
    • Scantron Station computer or software applications on that computer.
    • Feeding forms through a Scantron scanner
    • Printing reports from Scantron station.
       
  • Scantron Forms Request - Scantron paper reams may be purchased through the Copy Center.
    • Login to the Copy Center website 
    • Click on “New Order” in the top menu
    • Then select “Store Order”.
