1. Open your web browser and navigate to the OneDrive website.
2. Click the Sign in button.

3. Enter your GVSU email address into the Email, phone, or Skype field, then click the Next button.

4. Enter your password into the Password field, then click the Sign in button.

5. Click the Don't show this again checkbox, then click Yes.

6. On the left side navigation panel, click My files.

7. Locate the file or folder you would like to share. Hover your mouse cursor over it, and there will be additional options that appear to the right of the name.

8. Click the Share icon.

9. Type the name or email address of the person or people you would like to share the file with into the Add a name, group, or email field. You may also add a message in the Add a message field.

10. Choose the type of access you would like to grant to the person or people you will be sharing the file with by clicking the eye icon with a down arrow next to it to the right of the Add a name, group, or email field.
Note: Additional customization options are available by clicking the gear icon next to the Copy link button.

11. Click the Send button.
