What is Changing?

Starting Monday February 5, 2024, at 8:00 AM the Ivanti VPN authentication will be redirect to Central Authentication Service for username and password verification.

OLD Process

The old way prompted for credentials and then asked for a secondary password. This secondary password required DUO for identity verification.

New Process

The new process will use the GVSU Central Authentication Service. When user clicks on the Ivanti VPN client connection, the user will be redirected to the Central Authentication Service. Users will not be prompted to enter secondary password. Instead, users will be prompted to select their identity verification method that they setup.

Click on connect to start VPN connection.
