Information Technology (IT) and Project Management Office (PMO) project proposals will be submitted through the Service Portal to be reviewed. These requests will then go through a review and approval process.
Any initiatives led by other departments or divisions would only submit the request for the IT component.
There are two types of project requests:
1. General IT project requests may be submitted at anytime.
2. University-wide strategic initiatives that have an IT component may be submitted during an annual intake period. This may include collaborative initiatives led by other departments or divisions but does not replace any current project evaluation process for those departments.
The PMO coordinates and provides stewardship of IT related projects, oversees university-wide IT initiatives, and manages the portfolio of these projects.
