Includes design and maintenance of the capabilities, tools, and service points needed to deliver IT services or provide end-user support. Includes service desks, call centers, and online support delivery. Might include concierge support or special event service delivery.

  • Classroom Orientation - Meet with IT Staff for orientation of classroom, meeting room and Zoom room technology.
     
  • Service Desk Walk-up - Used by IT Service Desk to quickly record walk-up requests.
     
  • Reserve/Loan Equipment - Request for loaned equipment such as laptops, or other devices.
     
  • Win10 LAB Temp Admin Access - Request 72-hour access to a Windows 10 Lab Admins group.
     
  • Kaizen Point Event Charter - Create a Point Event Charter.
