PowerPoint Error

When to Use?

Lockdown Browser will not start because PowerPoint is open and must be closed.

Procedure

• Power down and restart the computer.
• Confirm that any other browsers and apps did not open. Some programs can continue to run even if you close the application. Fully “exit” a program to stop it completely.
• If you are using a PC, select “Show Hidden Icons” in the Task Bar and then right click on an icon to “exit” the program.
• You should also remove any PowerPoint add-on or plugin from any other browser or app.
