When to Use?
Lockdown Browser will not start because PowerPoint is open and must be closed.
Procedure
Power down and restart the computer.
Confirm that any other browsers and apps did not open. Some programs can continue to run even if you close the application. Fully “exit” a program to stop it completely.
If you are using a PC, select “
Show Hidden Icons
” in the Task Bar and then right click on an icon to “exit” the program.
You should also remove any PowerPoint add-on or plugin from any other browser or app.
