Organizing the Gradebook

When to Use?

You can change the order of items in your Blackboard Ultra Gradebook. Move items to match the order on the Course Content page or the order you want students to complete the work.

Procedure

1. In the Gradebook List View, look for the Move icon, which appears next to the ellipsis (...).
2. Press the Move icon of the item that you want to move and then drag the item to the new location and release it.
   • If you have a long list, consider moving the item a few spaces at a time to make this process easier.
3. The order of the items that you choose in the list view will also appear in the grid view and on students' Grades pages.
