Notification Settings in Blackboard Learn with the Ultra Experience (Students)

When to Use?

You can choose the types of notifications you receive and how they are delivered to you. Follow the instructions or watch the video below to learn how to customize your notification preferences.

Procedure

1. Select your name to access your profile. You can set up notifications for your course activities in the Global Notification Settings section.
2. Select Stream notifications to control which activity appears in your stream.
3. Next, select the Email Notification Settings tab to set your email notification preferences.
4. Choose how often you want to receive emails, and which notifications you want to receive.
5. When you are finished setting your notification preferences, select Save.

One last note - you can also access your notification settings on the Activity Stream page. Simply select the Stream Settings icon to open the Notification Settings panel.
