Information Technology is responsible for the procurement of computer equipment for GVSU faculty and staff. We are responsible for acquiring computer equipment for GVSU faculty and staff using university funds. Please utilize this form to request new technology or replacements.

Eligibility
This request is available to Faculty and Staff in Academic Affairs.
How to Access and Use
1) Fill out all the required fields in the form.
2) Submit the ticket once the form is complete.
3) Once the order is processed and equipment is received, a ticket will be created with IT Services for setup and delivery. The IT Services technician responsible for your order will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Costs
Information Technology handles and oversees all costs associated with the purchase.
