Description
All employees or the department's professional support staff can request the following services for phone/extension, a shared space, or a common area (e.g.: a conference room):
- Services
- New Service- Request a new audio device and/or extension for a faculty/staff member, a shared space, or a common area.
- Move Service- Request the moving of an existing phone and/or extension for a faculty/staff member, a shared space, or a common area from one location on campus to another.
- Remove Service- Request the removal of an existing phone and/or extension for a faculty/staff member, a shared space, or a common area.
- Repair Services - Request a repair of Grand Valley-supplied hardware. Wireless headsets are not a supported GVSU device.
- Changes
- Name Change– Request a name change.
- Configuration Change - Request routing changes, Voicemail PIN number change, Department call Queue changes, number of seconds before a call gets answered by Voicemail box, etc.
- Data Port-Remove this option.
Eligibility
This service is available to all Faculty and staff.
