Description
Hardware problems generally require a technician to service the equipment (computer, printer, etc.)
This service is for GVSU-owned equipment located in classrooms, labs, or Kiosk stations.
When you suspect the equipment is in need of repair, submit a ticket describing the equipment, its location, and what appears to be wrong with the equipment.
Eligibility
Any faculty, staff member, or student may report a hardware problem with GVSU-owned equipment in classrooms, labs, and kiosks.
