Description

Report a missing service offering in the GVSU Service Catalog.  We'll ask for details of the issue you need to report and will let you know where the ticket should be submitted in the future, if the service offering exists. If it doesn't, we'll create a new service offering if it's not currently available. 

Please note that using the Service Catalog and finding the appropriate service to submit your issue will likely reduce the time required to resolve it.  To find where to submit a ticket for the issue you are experiencing, we recommend using the Search box in the upper right corner of the Service Portal and selecting "Service Catalog" from the drop-down.   See the image below:

Please note that the GVSU Service Catalog was developed following the Higher Education IT Service Catalog Model.   If a service offering does not exist and is outlined in the recommendations, we will escalate your reported issue to the correct group and work to create a new service offering for any future tickets. We will notify you when this is completed.

Eligibility

This service is available to all Faculty, Staff, and Students.
