Our eLearning Technology team offers several support options for Instructional Technology & Design.   Please choose from the options on the right for the type of request you need to submit.   Details on each request type are below: 

• eLearn Consultation  -  need help designing or redesigning your course? Perhaps you’d like to learn how to use a new technology tool? Do you have questions about how to utilize Blackboard Ultra?  If so, submit a ticket to request a 30-minute or 60-minute consultation. Zoom and in-person sessions are available. The eLearning liaison for your department will reach out to you to schedule the consultation.
   
• Bridge Project -  need help with digital media development (lightboard video, video production/editing, podcasting, etc.) for your course?  Submit a "Bridge Project" ticket.
