Accessing WinLab

When to use

The GVSU Virtual Windows Lab Environment is an alternative option to the physical lab environment in which ‘most’ software is available for you to use like the physical labs.  This can be accessed from anywhere whether on campus or off campus.

Procedure

1. Go to https://my.gvsu.edu/
2. You will see a tile called “WinLab General” and “WinLab Graphical”
   
    
3. If you want to see what software is on which virtual machine you can use this link.
    
4. Once you click on the VM it should open up a new tab and start loading your VM. It will take 120 seconds for you VM to load and once it loads you should be all set.
