Procedure

  1. Power on the Chromebook.
  2. Once booted to the login screen, hold down Shift, Ctrl, Alt, R. This will put you on the Powerwash screen.
  3. Click Powerwash. The Chromebook will Powerwash and reboot.
  4. Once rebooted, you will need to select a network. Select GV-Visitor.
  5. Once connected to the internet, select browse as guest.
  6. Navigate to the Chromebook settings.
  7. Search or navigate to updates and run any updates.
  8. Continue to rerun updates and reboot until the Chromebook has caught up with the current Chromebook version.

Please note that if you get stuck on any part of this process, you may need to repeat steps 1-3.
