When to Use?
Has your instructor set up a Padlet board as an assignment? This article will walk students through how to utilize a Padlet board that has been given to them by their instructor.

Procedure
1. Click on the Padlet content from Blackboard
2. Depending on your assignment, you will either get a board all to yourself or collaborate with your classmates on the same board.
Collaborating on the same Padlet board
1. Content may be posted by dragging files onto your Padlet board, double-clicking anywhere on the screen, or pressing the red plus button at the bottom of your screen.
2. Click ‘Publish’ to add your content to the board.
Working on your own Padlet board
1. You can change the board settings by clicking on the ‘open in new tab’ button at the top of the page.
2. You can upload your own wallpaper, choose from Padlet’s library, or select a solid color, gradient, texture, or pattern. Here, you will also find your Padlet’s unique link, which can be easily shared by copying it to your clipboard and sending it through email or posting on Blackboard.
3. Content may be posted by dragging files onto your Padlet board, double-clicking anywhere on the screen, or pressing the red plus button at the bottom of your screen.
4. You can grab the link by clicking ‘Copy link to clipboard’ from the Padlet share settings, and post it to wherever your instructor requires (discussion board, assignment, email, etc.).
