Using PowerPoint on MacOS With Multiple Displays

When to Use?

Follow these steps to use Microsoft PowerPoint on a MacOS with multiple displays.

Procedure

1. Open PowerPoint Application
2. Navigate to the slide show tab at the top of the PowerPoint window. 
   
   
    
3. Navigate to your desired method of presenting.
   • Slide Show Mode - all displays show a single slide, full screen.
   • Presenter View Mode - your individual display shows the current slide, next slide and your notes. The additional displays show a single slide, full screen.

4. While presenting, you can toggle between Presenter Mode and Slide Show mode by clicking "Presenter Mode" while in Slide Show Mode and clicking "Slide Show Mode" while in Presenter Mode in the top left corner of your screen.

5. If you are using links in your slide show such as a video and you want the video to show on all displays you will need to use the "Slide Show Mode".
