How to Disable Zoom Assistant

When to Use?

This guide will walk you through disabling the Zoom Assistant feature. 

Procedure

  1. While logged into the Zoom app, click your profile at the top right.
  2. Select My Profile.

  1. If you do not have the My Profile option in the drop-down list:
    • Select Settings.

  • Click Profile. 
  • Click Edit my Profile

  1. This will redirect you to log in to the central login page. Log in using your GVSU username and password. 
  2. Click on Settings on the left.

  1. Scroll almost to the bottom of the page to Zoom Assistant and disable the feature.
