Share a Survey in Qualtrics (Collaborate)

When to Use?

Use the Collaborate feature in Qualtrics to give other Grand Valley State University (GVSU) users access to your survey. Collaboration is helpful when:

  • You are co-creating or editing survey questions with colleagues.
  • You want others to distribute the survey.
  • You need colleagues to view or analyze survey results.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Qualtrics and go to the Projects page.

  2. Find the survey you want to share.

  3. Click the three dots ( … ) menu next to the survey.

  4. Select Collaborate from the menu.

  5. In the Collaborate window, type the name or GVSU username of the person you want to share with. Qualtrics usernames are in the format of username@gvsu

  6. Choose the permissions (e.g., view, edit, distribute, or analyze) that you want to grant.

  7. Click Save to confirm.

 

The selected person will now see the survey in their Projects list and can access it with the permissions you set.
