When to Use?
When you need to make sure you are signed in to Microsoft OneDrive using your GVSU email address.
Procedure
1. Click the Microsoft OneDrive icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. The icon will look like a blue cloud.

Note: If you don't see the OneDrive icon on your taskbar, click the Show hidden icons button instead.

Then click on the OneDrive icon.

2. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the OneDrive window.

3. Click the Settings option.

4. Click the Account tab.

5. The current account signed in to OneDrive will be shown in the area inside the red rectangle. If your name and GVSU email account are listed here, you are correctly signed into your OneDrive account. If no account is listed or a different account is listed, you will need to sign in to your account.

6. To sign in to your account, click the Add an account button.

7. Enter your GVSU email address in the Email address field, then click the Sign in button.

8. The email address you entered should be present in the email address field on the Office 365 sign-in window. If not, enter your email address again, then click the Next button.

9. Enter your password in the password field, then click the Sign in button.

10. Once the Office 365 sign-in window has disappeared, on the OneDrive window, click the Next button.

11. If prompted, click the Use this folder button.

12. Click the Next button.

13. Click the Next button.

14. Click the Next button.

15. Click the Next button.

16. Click the Later button.

17. Click the Open my OneDrive folder button.

You are now correctly signed in to Microsoft OneDrive, and your data will synchronize accordingly.
