You may have been invited to book time with someone via their Microsoft Bookings page.
Microsoft Bookings is a tool that allows those with a GVSU Microsoft 365 account to more easily schedule meetings with others. However, there are a few issues and caveats for the following account types:
- GVSU student accounts
- Personal Microsoft accounts
Problem
If you try to schedule an event via Bookings with your GVSU student or personal Microsoft account, you may encounter the following error:
Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in. AADSTS90019: No tenant-identifying information found in either the request or implied by any provided credentials.

This happens because:
- GVSU student accounts do not have Outlook mailboxes.
- Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported by Bookings at this time.
Solutions and Workarounds
- Use an Incognito or Private browsing window to prevent the bookings page from trying to use an incompatible Microsoft account:
- You should now be able to choose Continue as Guest
