Run the license authorization wizard as an administrator.

Locate SPSS and the License Authorization Wizard under start > Programs.
Right-click the License Authorization Wizard and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
Continue through the prompts to apply the new authorization code.

Be sure to get the correct code.

It may be preferable to copy and paste the code you receive instead of typing it into the wizard.
