How to Add a Member to a Zoom Phone Call Queue

From your Zoom Phone under the ADMIN section click on Phone System Management and then on Call Queues.

In the search box type in the extension number or name of the Call Queue. Click on the call Queue TDX CQ Training. Click on view or edit in the Member(s) field to add or delete members to the Call Queue.

Click on Add. Choose Users or Common Areas. In the search box type in the name of the user to add to the Call Queue. Click on the select box of the member you want add and then click OK.

Matt is now a member of the Call Queue TDX CQ Training. Click on TDX CQ Training to return to the main page.
