When to Use?
When searching TDX, it is great to narrow down the search results. You can search the Service Catalog or the knowledge base.
Procedure
To help make your search more relevant, remember that you can click on down arrow next to the globe and choose Knowledge Base or Service Catalog.
The TDX search will search the text of the articles so use relevant search terms to further narrow down your search.
