This article provides instructions for GVSU faculty and staff on how to sign into Adobe products using their GVSU credentials. It also includes troubleshooting steps for common login issues and installation instructions for new users.

This article explains the process to sign in and install all Adobe products, however, while Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Express are free for faculty and staff, Adobe Creative Cloud must be purchased from Technology Acquisition [Link to Technology Acquisition's Adobe Website].

Process

Please use the expandable boxes below to review installation and troubleshooting steps for Adobe products. To check if you already have Adobe products installed on your Windows computer, you can use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to search for Adobe, or Creative Cloud. Similarly, on a Macbook or iMac, you can use the search icon on the upper right of the screen to search for Adobe, or Creative Cloud. If it is installed on either operating system, it will show up as a result when you search for it.

  • We are no longer using https://licensing.adobe.com for Adobe products.
    • Please make sure you are signed out of this website since it will not be used for Adobe products.
  • All faculty and staff must use their GVSU credentials to activate and license Adobe products.
  • All Adobe products are intended for individual use and are not supported for shared accounts.
  • If you previously had a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the software due to licensing changes.
