1. Click either link to download GlobalProtect for Windows or GlobalProtect for Microsoft Surface.
Note: If your Windows computer uses an ARM processor, please click the GlobalProtect for Microsoft Surface option.

2. After the application has finished downloading, open the Windows File Explorer by pressing the Windows key and the E key on your keyboard simultaneously.

3. Inside the File Explorer window, click on Downloads.

4. Double-click on the GlobalProtect64-6.3.3-c650 icon to start the installation process.

5. After the installer opens, click the Next button.

6. Click the Next button.

7. Click the Next button.

8. On the User Account Control window, click the Yes button.

9. Once the installer completes its process, click the Close button.

10. Restart your computer.
11. After your computer restarts click on the Show hidden icons arrow in the bottom right corner of your screen.

12. In the hidden icons area, click on the GlobalProtect (globe) icon.

13. The GlobalProtect window will appear. In the portal field, enter: gvsu.gpcloudservice.com then click the Connect button.

14. Once GlobalProtect shows Connected, and you see the "You are on the internal corporate network" message, you have successfully connected to the VPN.

The setup process is now complete.
