Coursedog Updates

Description

If you have any questions about Coursedog functionality you may either contact the Registrar's Office or submit a Coursedog Help Ticket within the Coursedog system. 

Submit a ticket for Coursdog assistance if you have one of the following issues: 

  • Script upgrades. These are updated weekly or monthly. 
  • Maintenance upgrades. These occur twice a year. 
  • An issue with Illuminate Gateway. This is the container integration connector that connects Banner to Coursedog. N2N manages the container. 

Eligibility

Records are the primary user of the Coursdog application. 

Other departments and users that may be impacted by an issue:  

  • All academic departments have Department Schedulers and Unit Heads 
  • Provosts Office 
  • Deans Office  

How to Access and Use

  • Please contact the Registrar's Office if you need access to Coursedog.
