- In the menu on the left, confirm that rubrics is selected as your data type.
- In the name filter field type the name of your rubric.
- Set your date range based on when the rubric was scored. If you're narrowing your search to a specific semester, it's recommended to set the end date slightly past the semester's conclusion to capture any late rubric submissions.
- Click Go to generate your results.
Step Three - Select the Rubrics for Your Report
- Review the populated list. You'll see the learning activity, course name, course ID, and completion date.
- Check the box next to the name of the rubric that you want to include. Selecting one will often select all identical rubrics automatically. If needed, you can deselect individual rubrics to narrow your focus.
- Click the airplane arrow icon to generate the report.
Step Four - Configure and Navigate the Report
- Adjust the target value if necessary.
- You may also modify the levels of achievement to see a more accurate display of how students performed. Once adjusted, check enabled to apply those settings to the charts.
- Use the navigation bar on the left to move through the report sections.
- Start with summary statistics for an overall view. Then explore row analysis for criterion level detail. Review student rows for performance distributions and if needed, check the reviewer section to examine grading patterns.
Step Five - Export Your Data
- On the far right, choose your download option.
- Standard or summary reports are best for sharing as they exclude confidential student data. The full Excel report includes all available data, including student identifiers. Use that option only when necessary and share it only with authorized users in accordance with FERPA guidelines.
- You may also use Download Grid within individual sections if you only need part of the report.
