From within your blackboard shell, click on the + icon under course content and choose 'Content Market':
From the 'Institution Tools' options, choose the + in the bottom right 'Propeller Learning Lab'
By default the application will be Hidden from students, select the drop down menu and change that setting to 'Visible to students'
Your students should now see the 'Propeller Learning Lab' link.
Clicking the link will take students to the Learning Lab where they will see their associated course on the left. Clicking on the course to the left will show your available VM's for that course.
