Why Transfer from Panopto to YouTube?
Panopto is just one of many possible online platforms you can use to host video content. While Panopto is the one we recommend for GVSU users, you have the opportunity to download your Panopto content, then re-upload it to your YouTube account. You can do this if you would like to have a backup copy of your videos on an alternative site.

How to Upload a Video to YouTube?

- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- In the top-right corner, click CREATE
Upload videos

- Select the file you’d like to upload. You can upload up to 15 videos at a time. Be sure to click Edit
on each file to edit your video details.
Note: This will require you have an active gmail account in order to access YouTube studio.
