GVSU does not maintain enterprise licensing for Oracle Java, and individual licenses are not provided by Oracle. GVSU does not permit the use of Oracle Java, and any installations will be removed from GVSU-managed devices. Instead, OpenJDK, an open-source implementation of the Java Platform, Standard Edition, is available and free to use.
