When to Use?
Follow this method to order consumables (paper, toner and staples) from Michigan Office Solutions (MOS), for a printer or printing device serviced by MOS. Paper, toner, and service may all use this method.
Procedure
- Go To Submit a Service Request - Xerox Business Solutions Midwest.
- Scroll to: Submit a Service Request.
- Enter the Equipment ID Number and Equipment Zip Code - Note: Equipment ID Number/Serial Number and Equipment Zip Code are required.
- Zip Codes vary by campus location and may include: 49401, 49503, 49504
- Click Submit - A new screen will load.

- Fill out Name, Phone, Email, and Office Hours.
- Validate the equipment address.
- Fill out the Problem Description with consumables need or issue with device.
- Click Submit.
