Five9 Softphone Extension Update for Chrome

When to Use?

Use these steps to update Five9 soft phone Chrome extension. 

Procedure

1. Open Chrome browser.
2. Select the three dots in the upper right corner.
3. Select Manage Extension.

   4. Check what your current version.  If 13.0.2, you have the updated version.  No additional steps needed.   If version is less than 13.0.2, continue with step 5 to update.

  5. Enable developer mode.

   6. Open File Explorer and access folder GVSU-Software.

    7.  Open folder Five9

      8.  Drag the file that is in the Five9 folder onto the Chrome browser.  This will install the update. 

     9.  Confirm Five9 extension is now at the new versions 13.02
