When to Use?

This article explains how to add or edit a correct answer in a quiz, even if students have completed it.

Procedure

Open the test and navigate to the question that needs editing.

Click the 3-dot menu for the question next to the point value. Choose Edit/Regrade.

 

Make the necessary changes to the answer choices. Click Save.

NOTE: Do not select the “Allow partial and negative credit” button. Leave this option turned off.

 

In the pop-up “Update and regrade the question” window select the “Update” button.

 

 

Please note that when making this type of change, any updates to a student’s grade/score may not immediately appear.
